On Saturday April 15 over 125 runners and walkers filled the streets on the west side of Coffeyville and participated in the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Foundation 5K and 1 Mile Chicken Little Fun Run/Walk. The Fun Run participants made 2 laps around the CRMC outdoor walking track to complete their mile. The 5K runners ran from CRMC to Community Elementary School to Windsor Place and back to CRMC. 
The top finishers for the 1 Mile event were Ava Box (age 9) and Matthew Redden (age 13). The overall top finishers for the 5K Men’s Division – David Box (41) with a time of 19:16.5 and the 5K Women’s Division – Makenna Kuehn (14) completing in 25:15.8. Awards were also given to top male and female participants in each age group including Dane DeTar, Ashlyn Davis, Jacob Caffrey, Jordan Stafford, Mitch Buoy, Chelsie Angel, Shelby McDonald, Jennifer Kastler, Dean Hayse, Shelly Ryden, Jim Criswell, Heidi Key, Richard Golden, and Donna Schnoor.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Coffeyville Regional Medical Center Women’s Health Services Department. The CRMC Foundation would like to thank the participants, sponsors, and volunteer
