CRMC Announces Promotion of Sarah Hoy to Senior Director of Quality Services and Process Improvement

Coffeyville Regional Medical Center is proud to announce the promotion of Sarah Hoy to the position of Senior Director of Quality Services and Process Improvement.

In her expanded new role, Hoy has oversight of Quality Improvement, Risk Management, Infection Control, Medical Staff Credentialing, Utilization Review, Care Coordination, Compliance, The Joint Commission Survey Readiness, and Patient Safety programs throughout the health system.

Risk management and quality improvement processes provide the framework in achieving our mission to serve our patients and families with the highest quality healthcare. Hoy’s team has oversight and implements systems and processes that assist CRMC in being a safe and accountable healthcare environment for patients, staff, and healthcare providers.

Sarah Hoy began her career at CRMC in 2002 as a staff nurse in the emergency room and ICU. She later transferred to become a full time OR Nurse. In 2011, Hoy accepted the position of Director of Quality Improvement. She received her BA in nursing from Pittsburg State University. Hoy is a Member of the Kansas Association of Risk and Quality Managers and sits on the KARQM Board of Directors.
