Coffeyville Regional Medical Center two patient portals that provide secure online access to your personal health information. Choose between the hospital patient portal and the CRMC Medical Group patient portal below.

Hospital Patient Portal Login

To register in person, you will need to visit Coffeyville Regional Medical Center’s Health Information Department located on the first floor by the B elevators. Health Information will set up a login and a password specific to you. The Health Information Clerk will provide you with a print out of your login and password or they can email the information if that is your preference. If you are an inpatient, you will be visited by a CRMC Patient Portal Representative before you are discharged from the hospital. They will create a login and password that will be emailed to the email address you provide.

CRMC Medical Group Patient Portal

To request access to the CRMC Medical Group Patient Portal, stop by one of our clinics, Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a photo ID and let the receptionist know you would like access to the CRMC Medical Group Patient Portal. The receptionist will obtain your email address and from there, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to access the CRMC Medical Group Patient portal along with a secure username and password.

Patient Portal FAQ

The Patient Portal allows CRMC to share parts of your medical record online safely and conveniently. This service provides the ability for you to view your information over the Internet in a secure and confidential manner.

You can access the Patient Portal from any PC with an Internet connection. You can go directly to myhealth.crmcinc.org. From this screen, you enter your login information and can then view parts of your medical record online.

The Patient Portal displays information from your medical records such as lab results, medications and interpretations from previous visits.

Security is of utmost importance when transferring personal data across the Internet. Between your PC and the Meditech Gateway Server, 128-bit SSL encryption is used. This provides a secure connection between you and the server.

Registration must be done in person at our office. You may stop by or register during check-in for an appointment. Any of our front desk staff may assist you.

Log in directly at myhealth.crmcinc.org—type in your username and password then click “Login.”

To reset your password, go to the Patient Portal login screen. Enter your username and password, place a check mark in the box “Change My Password,” then click “Login.” You will be prompted to enter a new password. Please follow the password requirements on the password reset screen.

On the left sidebar menu, click on the available chart item you want to view.

At this time we do not support the use of electronic messaging. Please contact your healthcare provider if you have any medical questions.

Click the “Logout” link at the top left side of the page. The “Login” screen will appear verifying that you logged out successfully. You may then exit from the Patient Portal page.

No. We currently do not support online scheduling. Please contact your provider’s office directly for scheduling appointments.

No. We are not able to accept refill requests via the Patient Portal at this time. Please contact your provider to request refills of your medications.

If you see a discrepancy or have an update for your provider, please contact CRMC at crmcportal@crmcinc.org or your provider directly.

Yes. Due to potential HIPAA privacy concerns, you will be required to present identification and sign a consent form, which is available at the health information department.

While we’ve all accepted email as easy and convenient, there are some concerns to consider. Although our system uses encryption technology for secure transmission, all Internet communications are at risk for interception by hackers, and anyone who has access to your email can view the contents. Email addresses provided by employers are subject to their rules of ownership of email transmission and content. Do not share or leave your username and password with anyone. Always logout when you are finished with your session. APPROPRIATE USE email is convenient and appropriate for general questions. Do not send any medical information via email, please contact your provider directly to discuss any medical concerns or prescription questions you may have. DO NOT USE THIS PORTAL OR EMAIL FOR URGENT OR EMERGENCY MEDICAL CONCERNS. PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT 800-540-CRMC FOR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS THAT SHOULD BE DISCUSSED PRIVATELY OR CALL 911 FOR LIFE-THREATENING EMERGENCY MEDICAL SITUATIONS.
