Using a hospital can be an uncertain and confusing experience. Even after receiving treatment and care, the billing, payment options and insurance questions may be puzzling.
The business office at Coffeyville Regional Medical Center is the department responsible for proper billing during your visit. The information we use in processing your bill is received at the time of admission and also gathered by working with the different areas throughout the hospital.
There may be an instance where your circumstances have changed since your admission process or questions may have arisen which you didn’t think of earlier.
You would want to call us if:
- A change in your insurance company, policy number, etc. has occurred
- Information you shared during your admission process needs to be changed or added
- You have questions about insurance
- You would like to arrange a payment plan
